STEP 1 : pre-registration
Before completing the online pre-registration form below, please:
Download here rules of procedure 2021 / 2022 then print, initial and sign the 2 pages of the rules of procedure.
Download the medical questionnaire here allowing you to know if you must provide a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of dance dated less than 3 months from the date of pre-registration. The medical questionnaire or the medical certificate are compulsory even for a trial lesson.
The dated and signed internal regulations and the medical questionnaire or the medical certificate must be attached at the end of the pre-registration form

Do not send an incomplete file or one containing incorrect data: it will not be processed and you will not receive any response from us.
2ND STEP : registration rules
from September 1 to 3, 2021
Once we have validated your documents, you will receive a confirmation email (within 24 to 48 hours) to continue registration.
Payment for registration will be made upon receipt of our confirmation email and before your child's first lesson:
by credit card or paypal from this page
or by holiday voucher ANCV or Coupon Sport ANCV : contact us from the contact page in this case
(Please note that bank checks are no longer accepted)
The payment of this registration is mandatory to follow the courses from September 6, 2021
If following the first trial lesson (and 2 trial lessons for 4/5 year olds) your child does not wish to continue the lessons this amount will be fully refunded to you.
If you need an invoice, please send us your request by email. Invoices are not issued by the dance studio reception staff.
Please note: a pre-registration is not a registration.
STEP 3 : purchase of the mandatory ballet outfit and white sneakers for hip hop
After confirmation of step 2 of the registration and from mid August 2021
For the girls
Dancewear is compulsory and must be purchased at the BLOCH store: just fitted, tights, ballet shoes
We have negotiated a very interesting price (-20%) for the set: just in the body, tights and slippers.
Each level has its own color, please respect it.
From mid August 2021, the staff of the BLOCH store awaits you with your child.
All you have to do is provide it the day and time of the lesson that you can consult on the schedule

FOR HIP-HOP
You will buy a pair of white sneakers with white soles which will only be used during hip-hop lessons and which we will keep locked up at the dance school. It is therefore necessary to mark the sneakers with the name of the dancers.
